Bio Plas Frequently Asked Questions

1) What types of payment do you accept?

    For domestic orders Bio Plas accepts payments via check, electronic transfer, credit cards, and            PayPal. For offshore orders we accept electronic transfer and credit cards.

2) Are there shipping costs?

    Shipping costs will be added to your order unless you provide us with your company's UPS, FedEx, or other carrier's account number.

3) What happens if my shipment arrives damaged?

     Accidental damage during shipment can sometimes happen. When you take delivery of your shipment please inspect it thoroughly for any visible damage to the shipping container before signing for it. If there are multiple pieces to a shipment please inspect them all. If you find any of the products are damaged, or missing, contact us right away!

4) What is Bio Plas' return policy?

     All returns must be authorized by Bio Plas, Inc. in order to insure proper credit. Products cannot be more than one year old. Returns may be subject to a 25% restocking charge. For all returns not due to an error on Bio Plas, Inc.'s behalf the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs related to the returned product.

To ensure proper credit, each product returned must include the following information:

      * Customer name and address

      * Purchase Order number

      * Bio Plas, Inc. invoice number

      * Date of invoice

      * Item number(s) of returned product(s)

      * Bio Plas, Inc. return authorization number

      * Reason for the return
